Refund Policy

1. Entry Fees

Tournament entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament has started (status: Live). If you register for a tournament and it is cancelled by FFX Esports before it begins, your entry fee will be fully refunded to your FFX wallet within 24 hours.

2. Tournament Cancellations

FFX Esports reserves the right to cancel a tournament due to insufficient participants, technical issues, or other circumstances. In such cases, all entry fees will be refunded in full to participants' FFX wallets.

3. Wallet Deposits

Deposits made to your FFX wallet are non-refundable to the original payment method once credited. Wallet balance can only be used for tournament entry fees or withdrawn after KYC verification.

4. Withdrawals

Prize money and wallet balances can be withdrawn to your verified bank account after completing KYC. Withdrawal processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Withdrawal fees, if any, are displayed at the time of request.

5. Disqualification

Players disqualified for rule violations, cheating, or fraudulent activity forfeit their entry fee and any prize entitlement. No refund will be issued in such cases.

6. Disputes

If you believe a refund is warranted due to a technical error or Platform malfunction, raise a dispute within 48 hours via Discord or email at support@ffxesports.app. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
