Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on FFX Esports ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and participate in paid tournaments. By using the Platform you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. FFX Esports is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account. Do not share your password.
4. Tournament Rules
Each tournament may have specific rules posted on its detail page. All participants are required to read and follow these rules. FFX Esports reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating tournament rules, cheating, or using exploits.
5. Result Verification
Tournament results are determined by screenshot submission and admin review. Decisions made by FFX Esports admins are final. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of result publication through the tournament page.
6. Prizes and Payments
Prizes are credited to your FFX wallet upon result approval. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. FFX Esports reserves the right to withhold prizes pending investigation of rule violations or suspicious activity.
7. KYC Verification
To withdraw funds, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Your submitted documents are processed securely and will not be shared with third parties except as required by Indian law.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited: cheating or use of exploits, creating multiple accounts, harassment of other players or staff, fraudulent prize claims, impersonation, and any activity that violates Indian law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform including logos, designs, and text is the property of FFX Esports. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
FFX Esports is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
